Santa Cruz High was opened in 1897, burned down in 1913, was rebuilt in 1915serves 1,100 students.

In 2016, after almost 20 years without a Bond investment, the school needed help. Teachers, students, staff, parents & neighbors prioritized the need for a a replaced utility infrastructure, new roofs, new & refurbished athletic spaces, general modernizations and  heating/ventilation upgrades. We're well into the work of rejuvenating Santa Cruz High & it's all thanks to you.

The Work.

Remodeled: New Life for Our Gym

To give our students a modern & ready place to play & compete, we remodeled & refurbished our gym & athletic building tomake our home court a source of pride for the school.

Replaced: Aging Utility Infrastructure

To replace our aging (in some spots a century old) power, data, water & sewage infrastructure, we installed a modernized & future-ready grid that will make Santa Cruz High in-step today and ready for tomorrow.

Measure A allowed us to map and replace infrastructure that hasn't been touched in decades!
